- Harvest and Winemaking: Centennial free-standing vineyards at 800m altitude. Shale soil and large thermal amplitudes in the maturation phase. Harvest of selected grapes of different varieties (about 20). Smooth grape crushing process. Pre-maceration and skin maceration followed by bleeding. Spontaneous fermentation in 500L French oak barrels. Bastardo 30%, Mourisco tinto 25%, Cornifesto 15%, Tinta Bairrada 4%, Tinta Amarela 2%, Alvarelha?o 2%, Malvasia Preta 2%, Jaen 2%, not yet identified 18%
