  • Vinification:In 2014, with a high level of rainfall during September, provided good conditions for the development of the fungus Botrytis cinérea. The harvest was made, grape by grape, in two passages spaced temporarily for two weeks. Direct press vertically, without destemming. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel, passing to French oak barrels, in the last third of the alcoholic fermentatio

Colour:Âmbar Nose: Excellent aromatic exuberance, intense notes of fruit: mandarin, fig and apricot. Notes of orange blossom well present. Great aromatic complexity, that takes us away to constant discovery of new flavors. Mouth: Captivating start moving into a wine of excellent structure and lively acidity, in perfect harmony with the complex aromatic notes of tangerine, apricot and fig.
