- Vinification:The grapes were hand-picked and transported to our winery in small 20kg boxes. Fermentation took place in open fermenters under controlled temperature. It was stored for 12 months in 500 litre French Allier oak barrels, followed by 6 months in the bottle.
- Tasting notes:A full-bodied wine with a rich colour. Its fine aroma suggests very mature red fruits, cocoa and jam. The aftertaste is prolonged and elegant.
