- Theme: Baga is an indigenous grape variety very well adapted to Bairrada region. To show the typical terroir, this wine is made from a single vineyard called Quinta do Moinho (Windmill Estate). A better knowledge about the evolution of a Baga wine can be made through the tasting of this wine because this wine is just sold with at least 10 years. The same approach is made to the Vinha Barrio, which can be tasted in parallel in order to understand the difference between 2 Bairrada vineyards’.
