Quinta dos Murças VV47 2012

VV47 comes from the oldest vertical vineyard in the Douro, planted in field blend in 1947 with an inclination of approximately 40%.

This 2012 is drinking lovely now. It is a wine that impressed in all senses. Very complex with great harmony and elegance, with fine tannins and persistent finish. You can feel different distinct layers, almost like the terraces where the vine is planted.
