- Vinification:The Ramisco grape is autochthon in this region Colares. Cultivated using environmentally friendly agriculture and the harvest is carried out manually when the grapes reach optimum ripeness.
Ageing:Following fermentation, this wine goes through a long ageing process in wooden barrels.
