- Vinification:Grapes are meticulously selected, destemmed and gently pressed. Cultivated using environmentally friendly agriculture and the harvest is carried out manually when the grapes reach optimum ripeness.
Ageing:Fermented in stainless steel tanks. Finally, the wine aged in used French oak barrels for 6 months.
- Tasting notes:Presents a mineral character, high acidity, with maritime and iodine aromatic notes.
