How to find the desired product?

You have different ways to find products:

1) Go to “Store” and use the filters on the left to narrow the search products.
2) You can also go throught the “Collections” page of each category then just click on “See more on shop”.
3) You may use the predictive search bar: “Search products…” and write the name of the product, producers, etc. From there you will find all available products.
4) In case you don’t find what you are looking for you can contact us and let us help you.

How can I contact Made in Flavours?

You will find all contact information in the “Contact Us” section. If you intend to pay us a visit, a map is also available for you to locate our shop in Frick, Switzerland. If you want to vist us, it is necessary to arrange with us a time beforehand.

How can I be notified of your new products and sales?

By subscribing to our newsletter you will get all our special promotions, campaigns, and news. This subscription does not comprise an account registry in our Online Store.

Who are the people behind Made in Flavours?

Made in Flavours was founded in 6.12.18. The company supplies exclusive fine wines, and other exquisite products, from Portugal to clients throughout Switzerland, from its headquarters in Frick. The vintage wines and liquors are sourced from a variety of established growers, passionate winemakers. A shop is also available online for the perusal of any wine-loving Web surfer. Why should I register in the Online Store?

The registry to Made in Flavours gives to all clients access to their order history, status and tracking of orders. It also allows to save your favorite products in the menu “Wishlist”. You can sign up here.

Orders and Payments

How can I pay?

Our online store supports payments via credit card, PayPal and TWINT. In case you come by to check out our Showroom in Frick, you can pay by cash, credit card, PayPal or ATM card.

How do I change/cancel an order already placed?

The Swiss legislation does not guarantee the costumer the right to change his mind and return a product after an online order. In case you need to modify any information before the order’s dispatch, we ask that you to contact us as soon as possible such that we can make the desired change.

How to place an order in Made in Flavours?

You may place an order in our Online Store in a very simple process:
1º – Add the desired products to the shopping cart;
2º – Finalize your order by filling in all the required fields, or simply just by login into your account;
3º – Make the payment, after it is received in our system your order will be process and dispatched. You will be notified when the order is confirmed and when the order is dispatched.
Obs: Orders made online will not be processed until payment is received.

Do prices include VAT?

Yes, all prices listed include VAT.

Do I have to pay VAT?

Wines and Olive Oils delivered within Switzerland are subject to Swiss VAT. The VAT is 7.7% (wine) and 2.5% (olive oil) and is included in the price. If wines are exported, Swiss VAT does not apply, but they may be subject to VAT and/or duty of the destination country.

How long are the conditions, wine availability and prices valid?

The prices published on the website at the moment of purchase are valid. Changes in the assortment, vintage, prices and availability of the wines remain subject to final confirmation. Made in Flavours cannot be held responsible for technical glitches,obvious mistakes and/or typing errors in publications.

What are the payment terms?

Payment must be made in fullupon with the payment method you selected, upon receipt of it in our system, your order will be processed and shipped to you. Made in Flavours is not able to offer credit terms to companies, restaurants and/or hotels. This company policy allows Made in Flavours to offer incredible prices as it avoids any credit risks.

Does Made in Flavours offer discounts for larger orders?

The prices are net and the best possible prices Made in Flavours can offer. The strategy is to work on very tight margins which do not allow any further price deductions.

Shipping & Returns

What happens if I buy a defective bottle?

Nowadays, unfortunately not even producers take responsibility for defective or corked bottles. According to the provisions of the Association of Swiss Wine Commerce, defective bottles will only be replaced if it is a Swiss or foreign wine bottled in Switzerland and within a year following the purchase of the goods. Foreign wines bottled in the production country or elsewhere will not be replaced nor credited. Made in Flavours must immediately be notified of any defects or irregularities upon the receipt of the goods. However, Made in Flavours reserves the right to make exceptions to these rules. All exceptions need to be approved by management.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Upon delivery, you should carefully examine your item. If you notice that it is not in perfect conditions, please hand it back to the carrier and clearly state the reason for the return. Please note that online orders will be shipped only after we have successfully confirmed your payment.

Does Made in Flavours pay for Shipping Costs?

Made in Flavours works on tight margins and offers the very best price from the beginning. This is the reason why Made in Flavours cannot cover shipping costs. The shipping costs within Switzerland do not greatly affect the final price of the wine and can be optimized by placing larger orders.

How much do shipping costs amount to?

Shipping costs depend on the total weight of your individual order. The final shipping cost will be automatically calculated in your shopping cart as items are added.

1º – Add the desired products to the shopping cart;
2º – Go into the shopping cart menu through “See and edit cart”;
3º – Fill in the fields of our simulator in “Simulate shipping cost” with Country, City and Postal Code of the shipping address;
4º – Select the option ‘Shipping’’ which will calculate the shipping costs.

Free shipping for the Fricktal area, for the following postal codes: 4332, 4333, 4334, 5027, 5028, 5062, 5063, 5064, 5070 to 5085.

Above 250.00 CHF, we offer free shipping to all Switzerland.

When will my order be sent?

Orders placed in our Online Store will only be processed and sent after payment is done. Generally, dispatches are made no later than the following third business day, after the payment is received.

Which countries does Made in Flavours ship to?

Wine and spirits orders placed in both Made in Flavours shop and online store can be sent only to Switzerland.
