- Tasting note:Altitude red wine, singular and unique, typically reserve. Complex and attractive aroma – bouquet. A flavor that is dry, smooth, fresh and persistent. Acidity well present. Guard wine with excellent evolution in bottle. Gastronomic wine, accompanies very well sausages, sardines, goat and other spicy meals. Should be consumed between 14ºC and 16ºC.
- Harvest and Winemaking: Centennial free-standing vineyards at 800m altitude. Shale soil and large thermal amplitudes in the maturation phase. Grape harvest selected from different castes (around 20). Smooth grape crushing process. Pre-maceration and skin maceration. Spontaneous fermentation, therefore, using indigenous yeasts. Fermentation in 1000 liters with foot treading.
