- Harvest and Winemaking: From the Vinha Panasqueira vineyard in the Bairrada region. The viticulture behind this wine is done with early-harvested Baga grapes selected to ensure optimal acidity and freshness. The grapes undergo traditional method vinification, with fermentation occurring in bottle to develop complexity and finesse. The wine is aged on lees for five years before disgorgement, allowing it to gain depth and texture while maintaining its vibrant character. wine fermented for 6 months in a 500l used chestnut barrel with temperature control.
- Tasting note:Presents a pale golden hue with fine, persistent bubbles. The aromatic profile is layered with notes of red fruit, brioche, and subtle floral undertones, reflecting its extended aging. On the palate, the wine is crisp and structured, with a pronounced minerality and refreshing acidity that provide balance and elegance. The finish is long and refined, showcasing the purity of the Baga grape and the meticulous craftsmanship behind its production.
