Climate:Mediterranean with cold winters with rainfall concentrated between October and February, hot summers, with temperatures close to 40ºC at the time of maturation.
- Vinification:Hand-picked, strict selection. The unpeeled grapes are mashed and fermented three times a day in Lagares
Ageing:The expansion takes place over two years in barrels made of Brazilian hardwood, then two years in bottle
- Tasting notes:Starting from a fresh herbal note, attractive aromas of berries and eucalyptus develop. The body is concentrated and structured, smoky black tea nuances complement the dark fruit. Dark, highly complex down to the long, bitter finish. Green tannins are in it, but also mouth-filling, fine cocoa and powerful acid
