Once the alcoholic fermentation was completed, the grape were gently pressed using hydraulic presses.
  • Ageing:85% in French oak barrels and 15% in American oak barrels for about 16 months.
  • Tasting notes:Deep Ruby in colour. The nose displays notes of spice and gum cistus well integrated with fresh aromas of wild berry fruit. It has a stylish and fresh beginning that leads to a serious wine that is textured on the palate, with fresh berry fruit flavours and fine tannins.
    Balanced and lingering finish.
