- Theme: To show the terroir from Bairrada, this wine is made from a single vineyard called Vinha Formal. This vineyard located in Óis do Bairro, on a small slope towards the East, is in the heart of Bairrada white region mapped in 1866 by António Augusto Aguiar, in the Agriculture Kingdom Report. This wine made from Cercial grape shows the potential of the white wines from Bairrada.
